Background & Context1. The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Kenya Digital Economy Acceleration Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under Call-off Contracts that may be awarded under the Framework Agreements (FAs) for Provision of Broadband Internet Capacity to Educational Institutions concluded through this RFB Primary Procurement process.
