This is the agreement between you and Bidnexis. We've written it to be readable — click any section below to expand it.
By using Bidnexis you agree to these terms. The short version: use the platform honestly, pay for what you use, don't misuse our AI tools or data, and we'll give you a reliable procurement intelligence service in return. If you are using Bidnexis on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on their behalf too.
To use most of Bidnexis's features, you need a registered account. When you sign up, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Using a false name, a fake business registration number, or someone else's email address is a violation of these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone outside your organisation. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected] and change your password.
Bidnexis offers a free tier with limited access and paid subscription plans that unlock the full platform. Subscription details — pricing, features, and billing cycles — are shown on our Pricing page, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Bidnexis is a professional procurement tool. You agree to use it lawfully and in good faith. The following are prohibited:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund. We may also report activity to relevant authorities where the law requires or permits it.
Bidnexis offers AI-powered features including VERA (our bid intelligence assistant), AI document verification, AI tender extraction, and AI-generated bid drafts. These are built on Google's Gemini API and are intended to assist your decision-making — not replace professional judgement.
Content you upload — company documents, bid drafts, profile information — remains yours. You retain full ownership. By uploading content, you grant Bidnexis a limited licence to process, store, and display that content for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
We do not claim ownership over your bid documents, company files, or any content you create using our AI tools. If you delete your account, we delete your content within 30 days (subject to any legal retention requirements).
We do not use your documents to train AI models. Uploaded compliance documents are processed in real time and deleted from temporary storage after verification is complete.
Bidnexis's platform — including the software, interface, compiled tender database, intelligence reports, and VERA AI system — is owned by Bidnexis and protected by Kenyan and international intellectual property law.
Your subscription gives you access to use the platform, not ownership of any part of it. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell data from the platform to third parties, build competing products using scraped data, or remove copyright or attribution notices.
Tender notices listed on Bidnexis are sourced from public procurement portals, government gazettes, and partner sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we are a directory, not the issuing authority. Always verify tender details with the original procuring entity before bidding.
Bidnexis is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep the platform accurate, available, and secure, we make no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every tender listed will result in a successful bid.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law, including liability for fraud or death and personal injury caused by negligence.
You can close your account at any time by going to Account Settings → Close Account. Closing your account ends your access immediately (or at the end of your paid billing period if applicable) and we'll delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay subscription fees after reasonable notice, or if continued access poses a legal or security risk. Where possible, we'll give you 7 days' notice and an opportunity to respond before termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. If you have a dispute with Bidnexis, please contact us first at [email protected] — most issues can be resolved quickly this way.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, either party may refer it to mediation through the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) before pursuing litigation. Both parties agree this is the preferred first step.
If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves — adding new features, responding to changes in law, or clarifying existing language. When we make a material change (one that affects your rights or obligations), we will:
If you continue using Bidnexis after a change takes effect, you're agreeing to the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, you may close your account before the effective date.
