Background & Context1. The Government of the Republic of Ghana, acting through the ATIWA EAST DISTRICT ASSEMBLY (the "Employer"), intends to apply a portion of the DACF Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Invitation for Tenders ("IFT") is issued. Any payments made under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the funding and conditions to the disbursement of funding.
