Background & Context1. The Government of the Republic of Ghana, acting through the AMANSIE WEST DISTRICT ASSEMBLY (the "Employer"), intends to apply a portion of the Internally Generate Fund (IGF) Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Invitation for Tenders ("IFT") is issued.
