Background & ContextThika Power Limited ("TPL"), invites bids (each, a "Bid") from interested companies (each a "Bidder"), for supply of Heavy Fuel Oil (the "Fuel") to be delivered to its power plant located at Thika in Kiambu County, along Nairobi Thika Highway, at LR No 8380/5. The Fuel is required to operate five (5) medium speed diesel engine generator sets of 18V 48/60 type with a total nominal capacity of 87 MW.
