Background & ContextPeace Winds Japan (PWJ) is the UNHCR WASH Implementing Partner in Kakuma/Kalobeyei in Turkana County and Dadaab Refugee Complex in Garissa County. Peace Winds is currently implementing a WASH project, funded by OCHA, aimed at improving access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene services for refugees and host communities in Dadaab, Kakuma Refugee Camp and Kalobeyei Integrated Settlement in Garissa and Turkana Counties.
