Background & Context1. The Government of Kenya [GoK] has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the National Agricultural Value Chain Development Project (NAVCDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Ndigiria Water Pan and Irrigation Project in Sokoke Ward, Ganze Sub County-Kilifi County.
