Background & ContextThe Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Health Emergency Preparedness Response and Resilient Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts1 for Supply and Delivery of Cryogenic Liquid Medical Oxygen.
